Financial Services & Restructuring

• Represented a plaintiff-side law firm in the restructuring of a $400 million senior secured credit facility featuring multiple tranches tied to distinct collateral pools and cost structures.
• Represented a client in the restructuring an existing credit facility into an $80 million syndicated line of credit for an ESOP-owned company, involving complex guarantor and acquisition structuring considerations.
• Represented a client in a $245 million senior secured credit facility and $13 million senior note facility to finance a strategic acquisition in the beverage manufacturing sector.
• Represented a landlord in a dispute arising from a lease assignment in a Section 363 bankruptcy sale, including enforcement of court-ordered repair obligations.

Real Estate Finance & Transactions

• Represented lenders and investors in a range of complex real estate financings, including:
  • $163.25 million construction loan for industrial development (New York)
  • $100 million mortgage loan secured by industrial assets (Ohio)
  • $45.75 million senior loan for student housing (Texas)
  • $32.3 million mortgage loan for acquisition of a downtown office property out of receivership (Chicago)
  • $33 million mortgage loan secured by development land (Colorado)
• Represented a preferred equity investor in a $15.47 million investment for the development of a 252-unit multifamily project (Florida), alongside a $44.7 million construction loan.
• Represented an institutional investor in a joint venture development of a 269-unit townhome project (Texas), including a $53 million senior loan and $20.7 million equity investment.
• Represented a client in the refinancing of a multi-property industrial portfolio and in the disposition of a single-tenant net lease asset.
