Chicago, IL – June 8, 2026 — Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC (LP) is pleased to announce that Jennifer (Jen) Manna has joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate Group, further strengthening the firm’s leasing and real estate transactional capabilities for high-value matters.
Manna brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience spanning both AmLaw 50 private practice and senior in-house leadership roles. She advises developers, owners, landlords, tenants, and property managers on a broad range of complex matters involving leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, development, financings, joint ventures, land use and entitlement issues, private placements, and tax-advantaged transactions. She also provides strategic counsel on operational matters, helping real estate businesses build and scale efficiently.
Her practice is distinguished by deep experience in high-value, high-volume leasing and transactional work. She has represented clients across office, multifamily, retail, industrial, and healthcare assets, bringing a practical, business-minded approach shaped by close collaboration with internal stakeholders, executive teams, and deal professionals in fast-paced environments.

Manna began her legal career at Foley & Lardner, where she spent eight years in private practice handling a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and joint ventures. She later served as General Counsel of Wangard Partners, Inc., a prominent Milwaukee-based real estate developer, where she oversaw leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financings, capital raises, and other corporate matters.
Most recently, Manna served as VP–Senior Counsel at Healthpeak Properties, an S&P 500 real estate investment trust, where she played a key role in the company’s legal and operational infrastructure. She led significant transactional matters, including a major asset disposition, high-volume lease renewals, development projects, and time-sensitive acquisitions. Her experience reflects not only legal depth, but also the responsiveness, stamina, and business acumen required to execute in fast-paced, deal-driven environments.
Manna earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Washington University School of Law and her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
