Kelly Booker is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Her practice focuses on representing clients in connection with corporate real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing and refinancing transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, commercial real estate development and construction, commercial leasing, and mezzanine financing.
She also represents REITs and other companies in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of properties leased to the federal government.
She joins the firm from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and previously DLA Piper. She earned her J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law, her M.B.A. from University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business, and her B.A. from Duke University. She enjoys mentoring others, cooking, and cake decorating.
