Katlynn Dee is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on representing clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and general corporate matters. Katlynn drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, leases, and corporate organizational documents, including shareholder agreements, corporate bylaws, articles of organization, and operating agreements.
Katlynn earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from St. Mary’s College of Notre Dame. While in law school, she was a volunteer with the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic and The Justice Collaborative. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with L&G Law Group, LLC.
