Labeat Rrahmani

Labeat is an associate in the Litigation Group. He concentrates on representing clients in all aspects of litigation—from managing discovery efforts, to preparing witnesses for, taking, and defending depositions, and to drafting and filing dispositive motions/briefs. Labeat approaches each matter with creativity and an eye towards solving problems. His practice focuses on business litigation, representing clients in real estate, corporate, financial services, and other business-related matters such as fraud, breach of contract, shareholder/member disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, and trade secret disputes.

Additionally, Labeat’s prior experience includes defending complex multi-litigation class action disputes involving antitrust and other competition claims. Indeed, before joining LP, Labeat was an attorney with Jones Day LLP and Hogan Lovells US LLP and a legal extern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

He earned his J.D. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from DePaul University. He enjoys long-distance running, playing soccer, and watching Real Madrid F.C. games on weekends.
