Levenfeld Pearlstein’s National Real Estate Practice Expands With The Addition of Partners Blake Hanson and Casey Koppelman

CHICAGO, August 23, 2022 – Levenfeld Pearlstein is delighted to announce that Blake Hanson and Casey Koppelman have joined the firm as Partners in its Real Estate Group.

Hanson’s practice focuses on representing clients in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and mortgage financing. He represents landlords, tenants, and developers throughout the country in leasing matters for office, retail, restaurant, industrial, warehouse, and student housing space. Additionally, he regularly represents lenders in connection with construction financings, including syndicated financings, of multi-family, office, hotel, hospital and retail properties.

Koppelman represents landlords and tenants in all facets of commercial leasing, including office, retail, with a specialization in complex industrial and warehouse projects. He also represents clients in build-to-suit leases throughout the country. Additionally, he represents institutional real estate developers in all facets of the development process, including, acquisition, disposition, and financing with a focus on CMBS loans. Finally, Koppelman regularly represents lenders in connection with construction financings, including syndicated financings, of all types of commercial properties thought the country. Kopelman is also a licensed real estate broker.
