Marc Zaslavsky Recognized in Law Bulletin Publishing Company’s “40 Under Forty”

CHICAGO, September 14, 2021 – Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC (LP) is pleased to announce that Marc Zaslavsky, a partner in its Corporate Group has been named by Law Bulletin Publishing Company to the Illinois “40 Under Forty” list for 2021. Zaslavsky becomes the 11th LP attorney to earn this recognition from the publisher of Chicago’s leading legal publications, Chicago Lawyer magazine and the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. He is featured with other top young attorneys in a special supplement highlighting his successes. 

Zaslavsky focuses his practice on corporate transactions throughout the United States with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. He represents middle-market privately held companies in a variety of industries owned by individuals, families, independent sponsors and private equity funds. Zaslavsky leads and coordinates cross-disciplinary teams of lawyers and consultants to complete complicated transactions and achieve client objectives.

Zaslavsky also helps coordinate planning strategies for clients, which includes integrating client estate plans with their business and investment activities as well as exit planning.  He prides himself on providing exceptional client service and having high emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.
