Partner David Solomon recently presented with a panel of C-suite executives and private equity leaders to discuss how uncertain times have dramatically impacted how to understand the goals of strategic and financial buyers. Solomon discussed various strategies to sell a company, including private equity buyouts, management buyouts, ESOPs, and strategic mergers. He also discussed how business owners can avoid the common mistake of focusing more on the technique of selling a business than the “why” of selling their company so that you can arrive at the best result.
