Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force

Today we launched an important task force at LP to address diversity, equity, and inclusion. Christina Carriere Lutz will chair the DEI task force. Members include Peter Donati, Kevin Slaughter, Michael St. Peter, and Lauren Wolven. The task force will consider and address opportunities for LP and is designed to have a direct influence on and from the Executive and Compensation Committees. We have been actively working on organizational methods to create meaningful and sustainable change. We expect there to be continued dialogue, education, expanded resources, and additional metrics. We are in a historic period in our country with respect to racial equity and there is an opportunity to re-examine and to re-define our assumptions and the way things get done.
