Juliann Hathaway is a partner in LP’s Real Estate Group, where she represents property owners, tenants, developers, investors and financial institutions in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including real estate financings, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and development.
Building off her previous experience in the real estate departments of two AmLaw100 law firms, Juliann has experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating loan documents, lease agreements and purchase and sale agreements across asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail and hospitality.
Juliann earned her B.A. at the University of Michigan before receiving her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
