Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

LP values diversity within the firm, for the sake of our clients and the firm.

We are actively working on organizational methods to create meaningful and sustainable change, including with respect to recruiting, assignment, mentoring, pitching, and promotions processes. Among other efforts, our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Task Force considers and addresses opportunities for LP and is designed to have a direct influence on and from the Executive and Compensation Committees. The DEI Task Force is chaired by Christina Carriere Lutz, and members include Peter DonatiKevin SlaughterMichael St. Peter, and Lauren Wolven.
