Recent Real Estate Deal Activity

As we settle into 2023, we want to take a moment to celebrate the real estate successes of 2022. LP’s clients helped make 2022 a dynamic and exciting year for our Real Estate Group. In 2022, we closed real estate deals valued at more than $10 billion, ranging from acquisitions and dispositions to financings and joint ventures. We closed deals for properties located in 33 states and Puerto Rico.
