LP Grows Corporate & Securities Practice Group with Associate Chris Dombkowski

CHICAGO, December 28, 2018 – Levenfeld Pearlstein LLC (LP) is pleased to announce that Chris Dombkowski has joined the firm as an associate in LP’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group.

Dombkowski has a broad range of legal, business and technology expertise that he brings to bear on behalf of private equity firms, investors and tech companies. His experience includes counseling a diverse set of clients throughout their entire life cycle, including: pre-incorporation planning; formation; general corporate representation; early and late stage equity financings; joint ventures; and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Chris is a mechanical engineer with an M.B.A, and has 10 years of experience at Procter and Gamble where he managed the largest portion of the Olay skin care business. He joined LP from Am Law 100 firm O’Melveny & Myers in Silicon Valley. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
