Lawsuit Challenges Recent Eviction Moratorium

We have been closely following the CDC’s recent eviction moratorium.  We’ve learned that a lawsuit has been filed that challenges the CDC’s action. This is likely one of the first lawsuits filed in order to invalidate the CDC’s eviction moratorium.  We will follow this lawsuit and report further as the case develops.
