Elizabeth Massaro Joins Levenfeld Pearlstein’s Real Estate Practice
Chicago, IL – November 5, 2025 — Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC (LP) is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Massaro has joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate Group.
Elizabeth brings extensive experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of office, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties, as well as structuring development-related joint ventures. She also advises lenders and borrowers on real estate financing, including acquisition and construction loans and refinancings of stabilized assets.

Elizabeth also represents commercial PACE financing lenders in property-assessed clean energy transactions and holds advanced degrees in both accountancy and taxation, giving her a distinctive edge in navigating the financial and tax implications of real estate deals.
Elizabeth earned her LLM, with honors, from Northwestern University School of Law, her J.D., cum laude, from University of Wisconsin Law School, and her BBA and Master of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before joining LP, Elizabeth was a partner with Husch Blackwell LLP.
