Zoe is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. She advises public and private companies, private equity firms, management teams, and other corporate clients across a wide range of industries. Her practice focuses on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, asset and stock divestitures, business formations, capital raises, and general corporate matters.

Zoe earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and holds both a B.A. and B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin. Before joining LP, she was an associate in the Corporate and Financial Services Practice Group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.

In her free time, Zoe enjoys spending time with family, traveling, scuba diving and taking long walks while listening to true crime podcasts.
