Rebecca is an associate in LP’s Real Estate Group. She represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions, and real estate finance matters. Rebecca drafts purchase and sale agreements, conducts due diligence, reviews titles and surveys, reviews loan documents, drafts leases, and manages closings.
Rebecca earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Idaho College of Law and her B.S. from University of Arizona. Before law school, she spent a year teaching English in northern Thailand. She enjoys playing tennis, reading historical fiction, and live music.

What is the most interesting part of your job?
I really enjoy having a pulse on the market and seeing the endeavors that my clients pursue.If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Amsterdam.What’s the best piece of advice you ever received?
A law school professor who also serves as a judge once said: “Don’t use a sledgehammer when you can use a fly swatter.” She went on to explain the importance of using the correct approach to be the most effective advocate for your client.
