Madison is an associate in LP’s Corporate Practice Group. She works with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other corporate clients across a diverse range of industries. Her practice focuses on sophisticated business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment transactions and general corporate matters.

Madison earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from the University of Oklahoma. Before joining LP, she practiced corporate law at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, daughter and dog.
