Kelly E. Hall
Kelly Hall is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on representing clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions. She has handled several accounting firm mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions ranging from $25 million to $200 million.
Additionally, Kelly has represented clients in ESOP transactions and has served as outside general counsel for clients, advising on commercial contracts and corporate governance matters.
Kelly’s straight-forward, honest, and no-nonsense approach to providing legal counsel enables her to get deals done smoothly and efficiently. Her exceptional organizational skills enhance deal management and efficiency. Most importantly, clients and opposing counsel alike commend her for being easy to work with, focusing on what’s important and not getting caught in the minutiae in order to get deals over the finish line.
Kelly earned her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, her M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business, and her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to joining the firm, she was a corporate associate with Golan Christie Taglia LLP.

My favorite vacation spot is anywhere with a beach.

I spend my free time reading new books (mostly fiction), relaxing with my family, and trying new workouts around the city.
What is something that makes you happy?
Anything that my dog does. I might be biased, but he is the cutest dog ever.
