An associate in LP’s Corporate Group, Junelly assists clients with merger and acquisition deals, commercial contracts and corporate governance matters.
She began her career with LP as a paralegal before transitioning to an associate role. Prior to joining LP, she was a corporate paralegal with Sidley Austin. Drawing on more than a decade of experience as a paralegal, she brings a practical understanding of transaction execution and client service to her practice.
Junelly earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and B.A. from Benedictine University. Outside of the office, Junelly enjoys tennis, movies and shows, reading, cooking, biking, refurbishing furniture, strength training, crocheting, and spending time in nature.
