A paralegal in LP’s Corporate Group, Junelly provides transactional support for various corporate matters, including M&A and financing transactions. She prepares transaction and closing documents, assists with due diligence, manages closing checklists, and coordinates closings.
With over a decade of experience as a paralegal, Junelly brings a detail-oriented approach, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills to every matter and transaction. Attorneys, clients, and colleagues appreciate her passion for systematic problem-solving, pattern recognition, and process efficiency.
Junelly earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and B.A. from Benedictine University. Before joining LP, she was a corporate paralegal with Sidley Austin.
Outside of the office, Junelly enjoys tennis, movies and shows, reading, cooking, biking, refurbishing furniture, strength training, crocheting, and spending time in nature.
