Joshua is a law clerk in LP’s Corporate Practice Group. His practice focuses on representing clients in commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Joshua earned his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Georgia. During law school, he was the Articles Production Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Policy, worked as a Law Clerk for the Northwestern University Law Review, and was a Teaching Assistant for legal ethics and corporate governance classes.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys running, playing the piano, and trying new foods.
