Helen is an associate in LP’s Corporate Practice Group. She represents clients at various stages of the corporate lifecycle, including assisting with both buy-and-sell-side mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other general corporate matters.
Helen earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where she served as an associate editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Helen received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Ursuline College, where she served as team captain of the women’s soccer team. She was formally inducted into the Ursuline College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2023.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a managing associate at Sidley Austin LLP.
