Eric Slutsky is an associate in LP’s Corporate Group. His practice primarily involves advising public and private companies, private equity firms, venture capital funds, and emerging growth companies in connection with complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital and debt raises, business formations, joint ventures, and other general corporate matters.

With previous experience as a regulator with CME Group and as a legal extern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Eric is also familiar with securities and financial industry rules and regulations.

Eric earned his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Outside of the office, Eric enjoys travelling and exploring new places with his wife and son.
