A partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, Elizabeth represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of office, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties, as well as development-related joint ventures. She also represents lenders and borrowers in real estate financing transactions, including acquisition and construction loans and refinancings of stabilized real estate assets. Additionally, she represents commercial PACE financing lenders in property-assessed clean energy financing transactions.
With advanced degrees in accountancy and taxation, Elizabeth brings both legal and financial expertise to her clients’ transactions.
Elizabeth earned her LLM, with honors, from Northwestern University School of Law, her J.D., cum laude, from University of Wisconsin Law School, and her BBA and Master of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before joining LP, Elizabeth was a partner with Husch Blackwell LLP. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys music, literature, and cooking.
