Darrell J. Graham

Darrell is a partner in LP’s Litigation Practice Group. He represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, unfair competition, employment, breach of contract, consumer fraud, insurance coverage, and other commercial matters. Additionally, he represents clients in condominium disputes regarding breach of fiduciary duty and fund mismanagement.

Understanding that prolonged litigation can be disruptive and costly, Darrell prioritizes practical solutions and sets realistic expectations for his clients. He approaches each case with an understanding of the economic realities and provides clients with value-driven results. 

Darrell has represented a wide range of clients in complex and high-stakes trials and arbitrations, as well as appeals before the Illinois Appellate Court and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Seventh, Tenth, and Eighth Circuits. He has represented several well-known companies, such as the Tribune Company, WGN Television, American Express Bank, Hyatt Corporation, Kraft Foods Inc., Griffith Foods, AON Corporation, and CNA Insurance Company.

Darrell earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his A.B., summa cum laude, from the University of Michigan. Before joining LP, Darrell was a partner and founder of Roeser, Tanner & Graham LLP, a trial lawyer at the international law firm of Perkins Coie, and a principal at the commercial litigation boutique firm of Grippo & Elden LLC. In his free time, Darrell enjoys reading, listening to jazz, woodworking and gardening.
