Q&A

  • If you weren’t an attorney, what would you be?
I would be an architect, which may not be surprising considering my interest in real estate. I did not choose this path though because I was intimidated back in the day when such a big part of the architect profession was based on artistic skills (of which I was lacking).

  • What’s your favorite way to spend your commuting time?
Reading for pleasure. The ONLY downside of moving back to the City from the suburbs in recent years is that I don’t have as much time to read.

  • What was your very first job?
My first job (other than babysitting and camp counseling) was watering plants in an office complex owned by my father who was a real estate developer. The ironic thing is that I have NO green thumb and have no live plants in my home today.
