A recently published Chicago Lawyer article, “Associate Pay Survey,” provides insight to help young attorneys in their career paths. Robert Romanoff, Chairman and Managing Partner at LP, observes the value in hiring associates a few years into their professions. “They’ve begun to identify what they really enjoy about the practice of law,” he said. “They’ve begun to formulate some belief of what’s important to them, both in the work they have the opportunity to be involved in as well as the kind of firm they want to be involved.”
