Levenfeld Pearlstein’s National Real Estate Practice Expands with Addition of Partner Rasha Elganzouri Gad
CHICAGO, May 16, 2022 – Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC (LP) is delighted to announce that Rasha Elganzouri Gad has joined the firm as a Partner in its Real Estate Group.
Rasha’s practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures, development, and leasing. Her commercial real estate experience includes office, retail, hotel, shopping center, health care, industrial, data centers, multifamily, and mixed-use projects across the country. Her clients include private REITS, pension fund advisors, private and institutional investors, and real estate developers and owners. She has particular experience in hotel acquisition, development and management, including cross-border commercial transactions.

Gad earned her J.D., with honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law; her M.B.A, with honors, from Illinois Institute of Technology; and her B.A., magna cum laude, from St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame. Over the course of her career, she has worked for top-tier international law firms based in the United States; Dubai, UAE; and Cairo, Egypt, including DLA Piper and most recently Quarles & Brady.
Gad is the most recent addition to the firm as part of its Real Estate Group’s intentional and strategic growth. In the last year, the firm has also welcomed partner Kelly Booker, senior counsel Sara Cooper and associates Will Pawlowski, Varun Chari, Benjamin Altshul, and Michael Yip.
