David Solomon to Present at 2019 NCEO Conference

David Solomon is the chair of the firm's Corporate & Securities Group. Upon joining Levenfeld Pearlstein in 2009, David founded and currently serves as the head of the firm's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) practice, which serves clients who are involved in various types of transactions involving ESOPs.

David will be a presenter in the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) conference on topic, “De-Constructing an ESOP Transaction for a Contractor.” Attendees will learn first-hand from a contractor on their experience implementing a new ESOP to facilitate ownership transition.
