A Lawyers’ Advice for Maintaining a Sense of Calm in Uncertain Times

Five months ago, many businesses closed their doors and moved to a remote workforce. Since then, individuals and organizations have been adjusting to this “new normal,” but uncertainty and lack of control persists. In an article published on FICPI’s website, Paula Jill Krasny, a partner in Levenfeld Pearlstein’s Intellectual Property Group, offers some tips for maintaining mindfulness during these uncertain times.

“While I am not a mental health professional, I have been an IP lawyer for over three decades, and have had to manage my fair share of life challenges,” she wrote in the article. “I offer my vulnerability, practices and experiences to help create curiosity and, hopefully, assist you to get in touch with your emotions and humanity.”
