A.J. is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group, focusing on advising clients on M&A transactions, financings, and private equity transactions. He drafts and negotiates key transaction documents and ancillary agreements, reviews and analyzes diligence, prepares and manages disclosure schedules, and facilitates closings. Additionally, A.J. assists clients with general corporate matters, including commercial agreements, entity formation, and corporate governance.
A.J. earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.A. from Stetson University. Before joining the firm, he was an attorney at Neal Gerber & Eisenberg, LLP. Outside the office, A.J. enjoys staying active, watching sports, and exploring new restaurants across Chicago.
