Mounica is a law clerk in LP’s Real Estate Practice Group. She assists clients with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions, and real estate finance matters.
Mounica earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and her B.S. from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. In law school, she served as President of the Women’s Law Society and Secretary of the South Asian Law Students Association. She enjoys photography, cooking, and traveling.

Maya Angelou. Since I was a child, I have always loved poetry and could often be found with my nose buried in a book of some kind. The first book by Maya Angelou I ever read was Letter to My Daughter, and it changed my world. Her words shaped the way I saw life in my early years and taught me resilience, courage, identity, and the power of having a voice.What is something that makes you happy?
Flowers! I love all things of nature, and flowers are the little something that brighten my day. My favorite flower is the ranunculus!What languages do you speak besides English?
I speak Telugu and French.
