Pia is an associate in LP’s Corporate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on sophisticated business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and general corporate matters.
Pia earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from George Washington University. Before joining LP, she was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
Outside the office, Pia enjoys playing tennis, spending time with her family and friends, and reading historical nonfiction.
