Jax is an associate in LP’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. She works with clients to create trust, estate, and tax planning strategies that align with their values and goals. She represents high-net-worth individuals, families, multi-generational businesses, trust beneficiaries, and fiduciaries. Jax often prepares and reviews key estate planning documents, including both revocable and irrevocable trusts. She also helps clients with business succession and wealth transfer by handling generational transitions, employee retention strategies, and founder exits, as well as helping business owners prepare for and navigate private equity acquisitions.
Jax values building strong client relationships centered around trust. She uses her technical knowledge and practical experience to help clients understand complex issues and make informed decisions.
Jax earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law and her B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Loyola University. Outside the office, Jax enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and volunteering with the Special Olympics
