A paralegal in LP’s Corporate Group, Tika provides support for corporate transactions and assists clients with a wide range of business matters. She prepares and files organizational documents, maintains corporate records, conducts due diligence, and prepares closing documents.
Clients and colleagues appreciate Tika’s ability to deliver precise, deadline-driven work across a range of business law matters. She is a collaborative team member with strong analytical ability, exceptional communication skills, and a reputation for proactive problem-solving and tech-savvy execution.
Tika earned her Paralegal Certificate from Rockhurst University and her B.A. from Park University. Before joining LP, she was a corporate paralegal with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.
Outside of the office, Tika enjoys spending time with family and her Cocker Spaniel, Perdita.
