As a paralegal in LP’s Corporate Group, Debra provides transactional support for corporate matters, including M&A and financing transactions. She manages and maintains corporate filings, prepares transaction and closing documents, assists with due diligence, manages closing checklists, and coordinates closings.
With over 15 years of experience as a paralegal, Debra also has a strong foundation assisting with real estate matters. Attorneys, clients, and colleagues appreciate her independent growth mindset, organizational and time management skills, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Debra earned her A.A.S in paralegal studies from the College of Lake County. Before joining LP, she was a corporate paralegal with a Chicago based law firm.
Outside of the office, Debra enjoys traveling, walks outside, jigsaw puzzles and learning something new.
