Mark C. Vaughan

Mark Vaughan is a member of Levenfeld Pearlstein's Real Estate Practice Group, where he represents clients ranging from retail, commercial, industrial and residential property owners and developers to banking and financial service institutions in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, land use and other municipal matters. His transactional work also includes workouts and restructurings, tax-increment financing and construction contracting.
