We can’t post a “How’s My Lawyering?” sticker on our front door, so this was the next best thing.

What We Did

Receiving feedback can be tough. Not everyone wants to hear about what they are doing wrong, but feedback is essential and extraordinarily valuable. We know you have no shortage of options when it comes to choosing your legal counsel, so we wanted to know why people did or did not choose us. So in October of last year, we sent a short survey to our clients asking what and how we can improve.


How This Impacts You

We read each of these responses carefully and used what you said to inform the steps we will take to change and improve dealings with you and the rest of our clients. We didn’t want to brag about these changes: We just started doing them. Hopefully, your client experience has improved in ways that you have noticed. If not, please know that we are hard at work figuring out how we can continue to work better and smarter for your benefit.
