Lauren Flamang is an associate in the Financial Services and Restructuring Group.

Her practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in international and domestic transactions, including secured and unsecured financing agreements, asset-based loans, term loan facilities, revolving credit facilities, letter of credit facilities, floor plan financings, acquisition financings, private-placement securities offerings, and first-lien/second-lien financing transactions.

Lauren has also represented various pro bono clients, including asylum seekers, U visa applicants, DACA applicants, wrongfully imprisoned individuals, and 501(c)(3) applicants.

She joins Levenfeld Pearlstein from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She earned her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from St. Norbert College.

If I weren’t an attorney, I would be a teacher or an interior designer.

I enjoy hiking and canoeing while the weather is nice and reading and sewing during the cold Chicago winters!
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I would live in Anchorage, Alaska.
