Eliot is the manager of process improvement at Levenfeld Pearlstein. He is responsible for working with attorneys and staff to improve upon existing processes and procedures in order to achieve maximum efficiency gains, cost savings and higher levels of client service through innovation. Referred to as "The Process Guy," he publishes an internal blog focusing on process improvement topics titled "The Process Guy's Corner." Eliot was instrumental in improving the closing book process into a more streamlined Electronic Closing Book that has been beneficial to our clients, our personnel and the firm as a whole. Additionally, he leads the firm’s efforts to deliver extranet access to our clients for an improved client experience.
Eliot joined LP in 2013, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry with expertise in areas ranging from collections, technology, systems management, and staff management. Over the years, Eliot has always gravitated towards improving processes and procedures through innovation and technology. He has a unique blend of technical knowledge and people skills enabling him to communicate clearly with clients, attorneys, and technicians.
Eliot attended Harper College and I-Tech /Elgin Community College where he completed Microsoft Certified System Engineer and A+ Certifications. Eliot is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).
