Braham B. Ketcham is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group, where he focuses his practice on transactional real estate law and advises clients in a wide variety of matters, including commercial real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate joint ventures and commercial leasing.
Braham has significant experience representing buyers and sellers of commercial properties, including office, industrial, student housing, senior housing and assisted living, self-storage, medical office buildings and development projects. He regularly assists clients during the due diligence process and has negotiated a variety of agreements necessary to the acquisition, operation, and disposition of real property. Braham also has in-depth knowledge in representing borrowers in connection with mortgage and mezzanine financing, construction financing and loan assumptions. In addition, he has represented clients in connection with joint venture arrangements and corporate organizational documents related to commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining LP, Braham worked in the real estate practice at a global law firm.
