Q&A

  • What’s one thing someone would be surprised to know about you?
I know how to tap dance (really well)

  • What’s the biggest mistake attorneys can make?
The biggest mistake an attorney can make is not listening to the client’s needs and goals. There are a number of ways to litigate a case, and it is as important to understand a client’s endgame in order to craft a solution as it is to know how to litigate well. You can achieve a fantastic result, but if it came after several years of litigating a case and a client had time or budgetary concerns that required a swifter solution, your victory is pyrrhic.

  • What was your very first job?
Working as George Carlin’s personal assistant.

“What impressed me most about Mike and Chris is their high degree of ethics and utmost integrity. They truly put my interests first and did everything possible to avoid litigation.”
