Stuart Kohn Presents Gift Options for Liquidity Events at the Chicago Bar Association

Trusts & Estates Partner Stuart Kohn presented for the Chicago Bar Association’s Trust Law Committee on Gift Options for Liquidity Events. The Trust Law Committee studies estate planning problems and solutions, with particular emphasis on the use of trusts. It analyzes federal and state tax legislation, treasury regulations and cases insofar as they affect trusts and estate planning.
