Peter Donati partner in the Labor & Employment Group, will be presenting on Employment Agreements for top executives at the NSLC meeting. 

Topics addressed will include whether you really need/want agreements with your top executives; how to negotiate them; differences in approaches between private and public companies; and what terms matter the most.  Somewhat uniquely, Peter has represented both companies and senior executives in the negotiation of hundreds of employment agreements during his twenty-five years of private practice.  Besides providing insights from both sides of the negotiating table, Peter will lead a discussion among attendees about the approaches they follow, the issues they confront most frequently, and benchmarking key provisions.
