Peter Donati Appointed to Human Resource Association of Greater Oak Brook Board of Directors

CHICAGOLevenfeld Pearlstein LLC is pleased to announce that Peter F. Donati, head of the firm’s Employment Service Group, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Human Resource Association of Greater Oak Brook (HRA). The HRA is a local branch of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is comprised of more than 100 businesses and non-profit organizations in Chicago and its Western suburbs. Mr. Donati’s term begins in January 2007.

Founded in 1970, the HRA provides professional development and networking opportunities for association members and other human resource professionals, practitioners, consultants, vendors and students. Mr. Donati assumes the position of Legislative Representative for the Board.

In his legal practice, Mr. Donati represents clients in a wide range of employment-related litigation, including discrimination claims, employment contract disputes, and claims involving restrictive covenants. He has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country at both the trial and appellate levels and represented clients before the EEOC, NLRB and other government departments and agencies.

Mr. Donati also counsels clients on employment issues, negotiates executive employment agreements, conducts training for supervisors and managers, and advises clients on employment-related matters in domestic and international transactions.
