Community Association Partner Patti O’Connor was quoted in "I can't smoke in my own condo?" published by Crain’s Chicago Real Estate Daily. The article discusses recent in-unit bans on smoking in Chicago condo buildings. "It's an issue that's coming to a head as more people become aware that there's not much you can do to contain smoke in the unit" where it originated, she explained. O’Connor worked with boards on the in-unit smoking ban that took effect in last year. Similar bans have been adopted.
