Mitchell Weinstein speaking at the Illinois Paralegal Association’s Fall Educational Conference

Mitch Weinstein will be presenting, “IP 101: An Intellectual Property Primer,” at the Illinois Paralegal Association’s Fall Educational Conference, to be held at the Union League Club in Chicago on November 3, 2011. Mitch will present on the basics of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He will discuss the basics of each, what each does and does not protect and the interaction or cross-over between the different types of intellectual property. Time-permitting, he will also provide a more in-depth look at the requirements for filing patents and trademarks.
