Levenfeld Pearlstein is Pleased to Welcome Peter Donati as Leader of its Employment Practice

Peter Donati brings the experience and knowledge gained during his career at Winston & Strawn to his new role as leader of Levenfeld Pearlstein’s Employment Practice Service Area. He joins LP’s team of attorneys with expertise in this area, including Steven Gomberg, Christopher Griesmeyer, Scott Meyers, Jason Romick, Michael Tuchman, and Matthew Zakaras.

Peter represents clients nationwide in employment-related litigation of all kinds, including discrimination claims, employment contract disputes, and claims involving restrictive covenants. He counsels clients on employment issues, prepares employment policies, negotiates executive employment agreements, and conducts training for employees and managers. In addition, he advises employers with union relationships as well as those seeking to remain union free.

Peter’s experience also includes international employment law issues, advising on global acquisitions, divestitures, outsourcing, and reductions-in-force, as well as on the implementation of cross-border employee policies and agreements. He has professional relationships with employment lawyers in countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Asia.
