Levenfeld Pearlstein Adds Three Associates

Levenfeld Pearlstein is pleased to announce that Courtney Nussbaum, Carrie Harrington, and Kim Kocek have joined the firm as associates. Bronstein, a member of the firm's Real Estate Group, joins LP from Brown, Udell, Pomerantz & Delrahim Ltd., while Harrington joins the Trusts and Estates Group from Horwood Marcus & Berk. Kocek is a member of LP's Corporate Group and was most recently an associate at Eckhart Kolak LLC.

Bronstein represents a broad range of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, joint venture formation, and development. A graduate of Emory University, Bronstein earned her J.D. and certificate in Business Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While in law school, Bronstein received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in both Business Organizations and Negotiations. She also served as the Vice President of the Real Estate Law Student Association and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Brigid McGrath of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division.
Harrington helps individuals, families, and privately held businesses protect wealth and transfer assets in the most effective way. Harrington earned her B.S. from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law. Harrington has been a member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council since 2014.
Kocek counsels clients on a range of activities including tax and corporate representation, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, and estate planning. Kocek earned her B.A. from Northwestern University and her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Kocek currently serves as Vice Chair of the Fed Tax Committee Young Lawyers Division of the Chicago Bar Association.
